For many years the group has made Christmas and Easter trips to Parkwood Hall – a school for children with moderate to severe learning difficulties ‒ to give Christmas presents, Easter eggs, toys and cash donations – as well as offering hugely popular pillion rides in the grounds to the children. In recent years, KAMG has also made visits to Demelza House children’s hospice near Sittingbourne.
The group also raises money for the Kent, Sussex & Surrey Air Ambulance and SERV (Service by Emergency Rider Volunteers) who transport blood and other vital emergency NHS supplies, and for whom some KAMG members are active volunteer riders.
